Bulk Item Maintenance
To update up to 5,000 items at once, you have two options for creating a bulk item maintenance spreadsheet:
Catalog
- Click Catalog in the left navigation menu.
- Find the items you want to update using the Product ID search and/or filters.
- Click Export and select Product Content & Site Experience.
- This takes you to Step 4 of the Maintenance Hub workflow, where you can continue to create and download your maintenance spreadsheet.
Maintenance Hub
- Click Maintenance in the left navigation menu.
- Select Product Content & Site Experience.
- Refer to the article linked in Step 2 for instructions on downloading and completing your maintenance spreadsheet.
Tracking Submissions
Your submissions will route to our Content Operations team for review and approval ("Walmart Action Required"), and you can view the status of your submissions in the Activity Manager.
