How to Access Item 360 Courses in Supplier Academy
As of September 18, 2024, U.S. suppliers are automatically redirected from Item 360 to Supplier One for item and inventory workflows. Suppliers who also sell in Canada and category advisors will continue using Item 360.
The Item 360 Change Management Team has created self-paced, on-demand courses in Supplier Academy. Access them at https://supplieracademy.wal-mart.com/mod/wiki/view.php?id=2237 or navigate to the courses using the instructions below. We've also included tips if you run into issues accessing a course.
- Log in to Retail Link at https://retaillink.login.wal-mart.com/.
- Click Academy.
- Under Quick Learning Articles, click the Getting Started tile.
- Under Walmart Item 360 Item Setup, click Item Setup and Management Basics.
- This page has all of the available Item 360 courses as well as the Style Guide 101 course. Click on the course that you want to take.
- Click the Start button.
- Under Course Content, click the card for the course title.
- This window will appear. Do not close, refresh, or navigate away from this page.
- The course will open in a pop-up window. Click the Start Course button to begin.
Tips
If you run into issues accessing a course, here are best practices:
- If you are using your browser in Incognito mode, try a regular browser window.
- Make sure that your browser settings allow pop-ups from the Supplier Academy URL.
