View Variant Details

Updated 2 months ago by Merch Transformation Change Management

As of September 18, 2024, U.S. suppliers are automatically redirected from Item 360 to Supplier One for item and inventory workflows. Suppliers who also sell in Canada and category advisors will continue using Item 360.

If you have items in variant groups, you can now view details about the group in your Item 360 Catalog.

Looking for information on how to set up or manage variants? Refer to these articles:

  1. To search for specific variant items: In the Products or Item Configurations view of your Catalog, click the Product ID search bar next to the filter icon.
Copy and paste the Product IDs of your variants in the search bar. Remember to select the ID Type if you’re searching for multiple items (all of your Product IDs must be the same type). You do not need to select an ID Type if you’re searching for only one item. Then, click the Apply button.
To view cards for all of your items in a specific variant group, enter 1 of the Product IDs in the search bar and click the check box next to Show all associated Variants.
  2. To search for all variants and/or all primary variants: In the Products or Item Configurations view of your Catalog, click the Filter icon. Under the Walmart.com group of attributes, click Item Relationships, and select Variant and/or Primary Variant. Then, click the Apply button.
  3. Once you've found your variant item, click the dots at the bottom right corner of the item card. Then, click View Variant.
  4. The View Variant Details page shows the group title (defaults to the Product Name of the primary variant), base variant ID, item setup category, and product variations as well as swatch images. The yellow star indicates the primary variant in the group.
Export and editing functionalities will be added to this page in the future. In the meantime, click Catalog in the page header to export your variants into a spreadsheet.
    1. Basic Export (Read Only): Download a pre-defined list of attributes in a read-only spreadsheet.
    2. DSV Export: Download and edit DSV Inventory attributes for the item(s).
    3. Export Insights & Edit Content: Download and edit Product Content and Site Experience attributes for the item(s). This export will include all available insights to help you improve the product content.

Not Seeing All Variant Options on Walmart.com?

If your variant group has a lot of items, click the View all link to see all variant options. Five rows are visible at one time by default, and you can scroll up or down to view other rows.
