View Product and Item Configuration Overviews in the Catalog

Here's how to view more details about your products and item configurations. These overview pages are now the only locations in Item 360 where you can edit a single item that is not a photo service or gift card.

  1. In the Products or Item Configurations view of your Catalog, click the Product ID search bar next to the filter icon.
    Copy and paste the Product IDs in the search bar. Remember to select the ID Type if you’re searching for multiple items (all of your Product IDs must be the same type). You do not need to select an ID Type if you’re searching for only one item. Then, click the Apply button.
  2. Click the three dots at the bottom right corner of the item card. Then, click Product & Offer Overview or Item Configuration Overview.
    If you click Item Configuration Overview in the Products view of the Catalog and there are multiple item configurations, you'll need to select the one you'd like to view.

Product & Offer Overview

View all of the product's suppliers and configurations as well as the 1P site offer. You can also view and edit product-level data such as basic item info, site experience attributes, compliance and regulatory attributes, and category-specific attributes to improve search and browse on Walmart.com.

You may click the blue GTIN in the page header and select an item configuration (WIN) from the list to switch to the Item Configuration Overview.

For Photo Services and Gift Cards

The editable version of the Product & Offer Overview is not available for products in photo services or gift cards. You'll see the old version, which shows a summary of data at the GTIN level, item configuration details for your Walmart Item Numbers, and information about the 1P Site Offer.

Item Configuration Overview

View and edit data specific to the item's supply chain, including trade items, pricing & cost, logistics & transportation, source & destination, store handling, and replenishment.

For Photo Services and Gift Cards

The new version of the Item Configuration Overview is not available for products in photo services or gift cards. You'll see the old version, which shows a summary of data specific to the item's supply chain.

To view supply chain details for photo services or gift cards, go back to the Catalog page. Click the dots at the bottom right of the item card, and click Supply Chain Details.

The Supply Chain Details page is split into two sections:

  • Supply Item: View details about planning, pack information, warehouse handling, pricing, destination, store descriptions, supply chain, and item origin.
  • Pack Configuration: View details about trade items and hierarchy levels, dimensions, regulatory info, pricing, and warehouse handling.
